My Voice is an online research community from the YBS Group; a place where members can have their say on potential new products, services and other society initiatives to help shape the future of the Society.

As a My Voice member, your opinions will be heard. You’ll be invited to participate in surveys, quick polls and discussions where you can discuss exclusive hot topics with the Society and other My Voice members.

Ultimately, by telling us how the Society currently works for you, what we could do better and what you want us to keep doing, you’ll be helping us to improve our services for you, our customers.

As well as shaping the future of the Society, there are other benefits to participating in the community.

For each activity you complete, you will automatically receive one entry into our regular ‘monthly prize draw’ and there will be opportunities to enter other ‘spot prize draws’. Community ‘badges’ are awarded to recognise certain milestones throughout your time on the community.

My Voice is an online research community made up of people like you that want to get involved with their society. My Voice gives you the opportunity to feedback on a variety of topics; these can range from potential new products, services and other society initiatives.

We'll ask you a few simple questions including basic contact information, gender, age and details on the financial services you use. This will create your member profile and we'll use it to ensure your experience as a My Voice member is relevant to you.

My Voice members will be invited to participate in surveys, quick polls and discussions – plus other engaging activities. All activities are optional – you do not have to complete every activity that we send you and you will only be sent the activities which we think are most relevant to you.

No. The information collected by the My Voice community is not sold or distributed to any company. Your name will never be sold, exchanged, or distributed to any other party.

Community ‘badges’ are in place to say thank you for taking part. The more badges you get, the better your profile will look. There is a regular ‘monthly prize draw’ and some activities will have ‘spot prize draws’ for participation; we’ll give you as many opportunities as possible to be eligible to enter.

You can unsubscribe from the My Voice community at any point. All you need to do is email hello@myvoice.ybs.co.uk with the subject line 'UNSUBSCRIBE'. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive communications from the My Voice community. Alternatively, you can delete your account by logging in and going to your community profile.

Depending on your email provider and your personal email settings, some emails sent from an automated system may be diverted directly into your junk mail or spam folder. To avoid this situation, you can add our email address hello@myvoice.ybs.co.uk to your safe sender list, safe recipient list, white list (different names are used by different email providers) or to your address book.

If you've just joined the community and not yet received a verification email you'll not be able to login. Please check your mailbox and click the link in your verification email to complete your registration. If you're already a member of the community, please make sure you don't enter extra blank spaces when typing/pasting in your email address or password. The password is also case sensitive. You can request to reset your password by clicking on the ‘Forgotten Your Password?’ link.

If you can't remember your password click on the “Forgotten Your Password?” link on the login page. Please enter your community registered email address in the box provided and instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to you via email within a few minutes. Click on the link within the email and you’ll be taken to a screen where you will be able to change your password. Password reset links can take up to 20 minutes to arrive, depending on your email provider. If your password reset link doesn't arrive it may be that you entered an email address which is not identical to the one you registered with or could be in your junk mail or spam folder.
